Returns Policy

Items must be returned for refund within 14 days of delivery, after this time refunds will be at our discretion.

Personalised items cannot be refunded if the image provided is of low quality or the wrong image is provided when the order is placed.

Personalised items cannot be refunded if spelling is incorrect when the order is placed.

Personalised items will only be refunded if the item is damaged on arrival (proof required) or the item is defective due to an error on our part.

Items are returned at the customers own cost, We suggest to return items via tracked delivery to prevent loss in transit.
