Image is everything
When personalising a photo product, the quality of the image you choose is paramount.
Try and pick a good quality clear image that does not pixilate when you zoom in
The ideal size range is between 5mb and 12mb
Location, location, location
As with most personalised photo products, focus is drawn to the centre of the image, Some of the very edge of the image (2mm - 5mm) may be lost in the design and printing process.
Try and pick an image where the subject is central, or at least not right on the image border.
Check your spelling and grandma....Grammar
If the product you are purchasing from PRINTASTICO requires a text input, please triple check your spelling and grammar.
We will produce, print and dispatch your product, with exactly the text you provide and a refund will not be given on items that have incorrect text due to customer error.
However if the error is on our part we will happily replace the item free of charge, in accordance with our "Delivery and returns policy"

We at PRINTASTICO are all about being individual and creative, but we do have our standards.
In todays world there can be a lot of hate and we believe creativity should be about the things we love.
Please do not request any personalised products that contain text or images that are Explicit, Sexist, Racist, Homophobic, Transphobic or in any way derogatory to any minority groups.
Swear words are acceptable, depending on context, but this will be judged on a order to order basis.
